In this focused 30-minute consultation, you will receive calm, practical guidance tailored to your child, your family and your current stage of parenting.

During your consultation, you can:

• Receive personalised strategies designed for your family's unique needs
• Talk through specific challenges such as sleep, toileting, independence, big emotions or preparing your home environment
• Gain practical ideas you can implement straight away
• Ask the questions that feel too personal or complex for a group setting
