Careers Week: Unshakeable Confidence for Women
About
As part of this Unshakeable Confidence for Women Program, Sumaya supports women to build the confidence to truly back themselves — in everyday life, in interviews, in friendships, and in their future careers.
This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about understanding who you are, what you’re good at, and learning how to own it. Together, we’ll unpack common challenges like self-doubt, comparison, fear of failure, and worrying about what others think — especially when going to interviews and starting new jobs.
You will learn practical tools to:
• Speak up with confidence
• Handle setbacks without losing belief in yourself
• Identify your strengths and transferable skills
• Make career decisions that align with who you are
• Back yourself in interviews, presentation and new opportunities
• Navigate personal or external restrictions with resilience and clarity
Through real conversations, interactive activities and mindset strategies, participants will walk away with practical techniques they can use immediately — not just inspiration, but real tools.
By the end of the session, you will have a clearer sense of direction, stronger self-belief, and the confidence to take your next step — whether that’s further study, work, or exploring new pathways.
Workshop Style:
• Engaging & relatable delivery
• Real-world examples
• Interactive activities
• Practical take-home tools
• Safe and supportive space for questions and discussion
