Getting you out of your head and back into your body. From the worlds of yoga, Qi Gong, psychology and Emotional Freedom Technique - from tapping and shaking to power posing, humming and toning the vagal nerve, it's interactive and fun.Camera on, camera off - you decide. At the end, there's a QR code to all the techniques from the workshop for a handy reference.
