Join Katie for Sunset Sound Healing by the ocean.As the sun begins to dip below the horizon, allow yourself to fully soften into stillness.
This immersive sound healing experience invites you to lie back, rest and receive. Surrounded by the rhythm of the ocean and the glow of golden hour, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation before being bathed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments.
Sound works on a cellular level to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and create space for deep restoration. There is nothing to do here.. just breathe, listen and let yourself be guided by the sound.
Location: Mullaloo Point (Key West car park) – walk down the path and turn right towards the rocks

Cost: $20
Please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to lie on, something warm to wear as the sun sets, and a water bottle.
This is suitable for all levels. No experience needed.
