Mercedes College warmly invites alumni from the Class of 1976 and earlier to our new inaugural Golden Girls High Tea.This elegant afternoon honours the Class of 1976 as they celebrate their 50-year reunion and are formally welcomed into the Golden Girls circle of Mercedes College Alumni (MCA). We also warmly invite all alumni who graduated 50+ years ago from Mercedes College, St Joseph’s or Our Lady’s College to return, connect and celebrate at this high tea as we welcome the newest Golden Girls.
Enjoy a decadent two-hour High Tea filled with delicious sweet and savoury treats, tea, coffee, soft drinks, and a celebratory glass of champagne as we reconnect, reminisce and celebrate.
Following the High Tea, guests are warmly invited to remain for a special performance by the MCA Choir at 4:00pm, which begins a broader afternoon combined-years gathering for alumni celebrating their 10, 20, 30 and 40 year reunions, ending at 6:00pm. This will include a celebratory toast and an opportunity to tour the College. This is ticketed entry - please ensure you select the add on ticket for an additional $10 to attend the afternoon celebration.
Please note: Tickets are limited to ensure an intimate and special celebration, so we encourage you to book early to avoid missing out. RSVP by 7 October or subject to availability.
