DESCRIPTION: Join fellow Year 7 MGS mothers for a relaxed and uplifting Mother’s Day brunch at Winstons in Black Rock. This event is especially for Year 7 families, as we know the transition into senior school can be a big step—for students and for parents. It’s a year where having familiar faces and supportive connections can make all the difference, and this brunch offers a gentle way for new and returning mothers to meet, reconnect, and build community.
As this is our inaugural Mother’s Day gathering, we’re treating it as a starting point. We’ll review how it goes and shape future events based on what feels most meaningful and helpful for everyone.
Please join us! Note, places are limited to 60 for this trial event.
We’re also proud to support Impact for Women, a volunteer‑run organisation dedicated to helping Victorian women and children fleeing extreme violence. A representative from Impact for Women will join us to share a short insight into their work and the difference they make.
