The evening, hosted by MS Plus Exercise Physiologist Talita Welmans, will bring together an expert panel of professionals exploring integrated care beyond the clinical setting for people living with neurological conditions. The panel will be highlighting the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration and connections across health, disability and community services.
