Join Tasmanian health professionals for an engaging panel discussion exploring how integrated care can strengthen collaboration across disciplines and services. Hear from clinicians and sector experts about practical approaches to delivering more coordinated, person-centred care.

The evening, hosted by MS Plus Exercise Physiologist Talita Welmans, will bring together an expert panel of professionals exploring integrated care beyond the clinical setting for people living with neurological conditions. The panel will be highlighting the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration and connections across health, disability and community services.
