Step inside a working mushroom farm for one of the festival’s most immersive food experiences.Guests begin among the growing racks where extraordinary mushrooms flourish. Harvest exotic varieties straight from the farm and taste them moments later as they’re cooked over flame.
Then gather in the temperature controlled incubation room for a warming bowl of ramen where mushrooms take centre stage, followed by a fungi-inspired dessert and drinks.
From grow room to table, this experience offers a rare opportunity to taste mushrooms exactly where they are grown.
