You’ll discover how mushrooms grow, what they eat, how to care for your culture and how to successfully fruit mushrooms in an ordinary kitchen, laundry or backyard space with no special equipment required.

Perfect for gardeners, cooks, curious beginners and anyone interested in turning kitchen scraps into food.
