Through the 5Rhythms® wave — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness — this weekend invites you to release what is ready to move, rediscover your natural rhythm, and listen deeply to the echoes within. No choreography. No performance. Just music, movement, and the freedom to be exactly as you are.
Come rock your soul and discover what echoes back. The body remembers rhythms older than words.
When the music begins, the mind loosens its grip and the body finds its way home.
Feet touch the ground. Breath deepens.
The dance begins. Each rhythm opens a doorway —
Flowing into the body, Staccato into expression, Chaos into release, Lyrical into freedom, Stillness into listening.
And somewhere inside the movement, the soul begins to echo.
