Truffle Tour, Masterclass and Farm Visit with Truffle Detection Dog in the morning with the Truffle Discovery Centre at The Summit. (8am to 11am)Evening is a 6 course Truffle Degustation Dinner By Chef Matt Golinski including wine pairings with Ballandean Estate Wines at the International Club in Stanthorpe. (6pm to 9pm)
Night will also feature a charity truffle auction with truffle display and fresh truffles available for purchase.
