HOLST: The Planets
The South Side Symphony Orchestra (SSSO) presents a selection from Gustav Holst's classical work, The Planets. First performed in the early 1900s, The Planets is not so much about planets in an astronomical sense, but is more influenced by their astrological significance and their influence on the human spirit.
