Sound Recovery is an evidence-informed therapeutic program designed to support people experiencing addiction, substance abuse challenges, and mental health concerns. Developed and facilitated by a Registered Music Therapist, Sound Recovery integrates neuroscience theory, trauma-informed practice, and structured therapeutic music interventions, to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing and long-term recovery.
