Parent Seminar: Calm and Confident Kids
This parent seminar will be run by Kirrilie Smout from Developing Minds. Kirrilie is an experienced clinical psychologist who has spent over 25 years helping children, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and care. She’s passionate about helping kids and teens feel calm, confident, cooperative, and better able to cope with challenges.
The Calm and Confident Kids seminar is designed to help parents/caregivers of primary aged children know how to support children aged 5-12 with a tendency towards worry or anxiety - or who are dealing with difficult life situations.
