Self-Massage Ball Rolling Workshop with Rose Moran
About
How often do you actually get bodywork done, and how often do you wish you could? This workshop gives you the tools to support your own body whenever you need it. Using therapy balls, you will learn how to create deep tissue or gentle pressure, unwind long days on your feet or at the computer, and release tension without tiring out your hands or arms. You stay in control of the pressure, the pace, and the depth.
In a calm, supportive environment, Rose Moran will guide you through ball rolling techniques that build awareness of where your body holds tension and how to soften it. Working through connective tissue and muscle from the feet all the way to the head, you will learn to ease knots, soothe sore spots, and melt general stiffness. This hands off approach also boosts circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and more at home in your body.
Ball rolling is a beautiful complement to all forms of movement, whether you dance, practice yoga, train for strength, or simply navigate the everyday demands of life. Treat yourself, treat your fascia, and give your body the reset it deserves.
