2026 Term 2 CHESS ARTISTS JUNIOR COACHINGJunior coaching program on Sunday mornings by two enthusiastic FMs!
FM Kai Jie Soo obtained his FM title at the 2023 Oceania Zonals, and went on to represent Australia at the 2024 World Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships
Similarly, FM Wang Lee has represented Singapore in the Asian Junior Chess Championships as well as the Chess Olympiad.
Both players continue to actively work on improving their chess knowledge and skills.
Time: Sundays 10:30am – 12:00pm
Dates: 3 May, 10 May, 24 May, 31 May,14 Jun, 28 Jun (6 sessions)
Venue: The Herzl Club, 222 Balaclava Road Caulfield.
Closest tram stop: 'Caulfield Park', corner Hawthorn & Balaclava Roads (Trams: 3, 16 and 64). Ample free street parking on Sundays, no parking restrictions.
Cost: $150 for the full term, or $30 per session
Eligibility: Have a Fide rating (i.e. min 1400)
