Catherine is a Therapeutic Coach and Founder of Balanza Coaching + Wellness, known for her work in emotional regulation, trauma-informed care and nervous system healing.
She supports individuals ready to move beyond survival patterns into self-trust and lasting change through an integrated approach of mindset coaching, somatic therapy, breathwork and hypnotherapy.
Her work spans private practice, workshops, events and transformational retreats.
Titin is a Mindset & Holistic Coach, Sound bath meditation practitioner, and Intuitive Energy Healer. She specialises in supporting clients who are navigating stress and burnout, feeling disconnected from their true purpose.
Her unique approach is grounded in both lived experience and extensive professional study. In her sessions, Titin blends intuitive energy healing, sound therapy, and mindset coaching to create a sacred container for transformation.
