Junior School Grandparents' Day 2026
Grandparents' and special family friends are invited to join us for our Junior School (Years 3 - 5) Grandparents' Day Concert, followed by
morning tea and classroom visits with your grandchild/grandchildren.
When - Thursday 4 June 2026
Where - N J Edwards Hub
Time - The concert will commence at 9.30am, with the event concluding at 11.30am.
• Concert and morning tea held in the N J Edwards Hub (9.30am - 10.50am)
• Classroom visits (10.50am - 11.30am)
Book Stall - There will be a book stall during Grandparents’ Day where grandparents can purchase a book to donate
to the Stephens Library. Your donation will be acknowledged inside the book cover.
Parking - To assist with parking we recommend that you park at Wrest Point and take advantage of the Hutchins
shuttle bus service. Hutchins buses will leave Wrest Point from 8.45am outside the Convention Centre entrance (on the
waterfront) and return you from 11.15am onwards. Please contact us below if you have any special needs (wheelchair
etc.) for parking on 6221 4269.
Photos with grandparents - We will be putting together a presentation of photos of students with their grandparents.

Seating in the N J Edwards Hub is tiered. If you require level access seating, please contact Natassia.Smith@hutchins.tas.edu.au
