The Colour Circle is delighted to welcome highly regarded tutor Rosie McKeand back to the studio after her time out in 2025.In this workshop we will explore different art materials, skills, techniques and processes that can inspire and open opportunities for you to draw your world. Drawing is an exploration that requires you to think creatively and see things differently. A mark made by chance can be the beginning of a process where you are able to build a work that is satisfying and inspires confidence to move forward and develop into other areas. However, drawing accurately when aiming to represent something is a slow process that requires time to look, make judgements and engage with the subject matter.
Often the fear to take a chance is a barrier to relaxing and accepting our drawings as a process with an unknown outcome.
This will be your opportunity to gain the drawing basics, to play and experiment in a supportive environment.
