These Fit For Sport Netball Speed & Agility Clinics run for 90 minutes and are split into 2 age groups 9am to 10.30am for ages 9 to 10 and 10.30am to 12pm for ages 11 +.

No matter what position you play if you are looking to improve your court movement, fitness and agility as well as have fun and make new friends this clinic is for you!
