'Taster' class

In this class, you will bake some of our favourite loaf cakes, including a ‘very lemony’ lemon cake, as well as an unusual, but all the more delicious, pear & lemon myrtle cake. And I will show you how you can adapt the lemon cake to create an impressive and scrumptious apricot, almond and citrus cake.

Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. The small class size (maximum of 8 participants) ensures plenty of opportunity for questions and one-on-one conversations to maximise your learning experience.

Cost and Inclusions

$125 per person plus booking fees. Hands-on class, duration of approx. 3 - 3 1/2 hours. You take home one of each cake that you make, as well as the recipes, and a light lunch (platters with dips, vegies, fruit and bread) will be offered at the end of the class.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

If you have any specific dietary requirements, please, contact Adelaide Hills Baking Classes BEFORE you finalise your booking. While many specific dietary needs can be addressed by adjusting recipes somewhat, this may not always be feasible and will not be possible on the day. A refund will not be available for a failure to communicate any specific dietary requirements that may then lead to an inability to participate in the class.
