Join us for an engaging keynote and panel discussion exploring the evolving future of mining, technology and workforce innovation.In Michelle Carey's 'A Non-Linear Career in Mining: Leadership, Technology and the Future of Work', attendees will hear a forward-looking perspective shaped by a cross-functional career spanning technical, commercial and leadership roles across the resources sector. The session will examine how AI, digital transformation and emerging technologies are reshaping mining careers, skills and opportunities, particularly for women entering the industry.
The event will also feature a presentation on the ECU–Fraunhofer IKTS Ideas to Industry Lab, a landmark Western Australian initiative driving research, innovation and industry collaboration for the future of advanced manufacturing and minerals processing.
