Sound & Spirit are delighted to return to Tocal Homestead, inviting you to gather beneath the 200-year-old Banyan Tree one last time before we pause for winter — an afternoon of sound, stillness, and connection with nature.🌳🌅 🎶
Meditation, sound, and the natural surroundings gently weave together, guiding you into a deeply restorative and multi-layered sensory experience. 🎶🧘♀️✨
Guided by Alex & Steph, you’ll be immersed in a rich soundscape of live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle meditation.
In combination with the natural environment, this becomes a truly unique and grounding experience — one that invites you to slow down, soften, and simply be. 🧘♀️🧘♂️🎶
What to Expect
- Arrive and unwind to a live music soundscape as you settle in or enjoy a picnic on the lawn
- Take a quiet moment to journal, reflect, or simply sit beneath the Banyan Tree
- Ease into a 60-minute sound meditation designed to calm the mind and attune you to the rhythms of nature
Who This Is For
This experience is open to all levels and offers a quiet, meditative space for ages 12+.
It’s designed for those seeking stillness, rest, and gentle connection, and not suitable for little ones.

Mat, pillow, and blanket
What to Bring
Anything that supports your comfort - an eye mask, extra pillows, blankets, water, journal, picnic rug or picnic

Please Note:
This is an outdoor, weather-permitting event and may be postponed or cancelled if adverse conditions are expected. While we monitor forecasts closely, conditions can sometimes change and remain outside of our control. Choosing to attend an outdoor event in nature is at your discretion. If the event is postponed or cancelled and the new date doesn’t suit, a refund will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final.
Cancellations more than 7 days prior may be requested in writing via email.
Cancellations prior to 48 hours of the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the event forfeit the ticket cost, however tickets may be transferred to another name
We acknowledge the Wonnarua People as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, who hold ongoing connection to this land.
