A deeply nourishing women’s circle dedicated to the art of slowing down. This immersive gathering is designed to help you step out of the daily rush, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner self through intentional self-care.Together, we will journey through a carefully curated flow of holistic practices to bring you back to your centre:
• Grounding Breathwork: We will begin by using the breath to anchor ourselves in the present moment, releasing accumulated stress and signalling to the body that it is safe to rest.
• Guided Meditation: Journey inward with a gentle, heart-cantered meditation designed to bypass mental chatter and foster a profound sense of self-love and inner peace.
• Reflection & Journaling: A quiet, supported space to untangle your thoughts, set new intentions, and capture any insights that arise from deep within.
• Sound Bath Meditation: We will close the circle with an immersive sound healing experience. Allow the soothing, resonant frequencies to wash over you, melting away lingering tension and leaving your mind and body completely restored.
This circle is a safe, welcoming sanctuary. No prior experience with meditation or breathwork is required, come exactly as you are.
