We are excited to introduce our new connection group for Autistic people, ADHDers, AuDHDers, and everyone in between.Whether you’re looking to meet others with shared experiences, learn practical strategies, or simply be in a space that feels easier to be in, you are welcome here.
Key Information
* The first meet-up will be held on Monday 15th of June between 6:00pm-7:30pm
* It will be held at Seed Psychology- 45 Nicholson Street Brunswick East
* It will be hosted by 2 Psychologists with optional debriefs available after sessions
What to expect
* A calm and supportive space facilitated by psychologists
* Small group sessions with a focus on connection and understanding
* Monthly topics designed to build insight, learning, and awareness
* Opportunities to connect with others who may share similar experiences=
* Tools and resources provided throughout the session
Good to know
* You are welcome to drop in when it suits you or attend regularly
* There is no pressure to speak or participate. Listening is always okay
* You can take breaks, step out, or engage in the way that feels right for you
* Sessions are designed to respect different communication styles, sensory needs, and levels of participation
