About
I went walking by Sue Machin and Julie Vivas
While taking a stroll through the farmyard, a child is greeted by a variety of friendly animals along the way. Come take a walk with us as we guess which animals the child will see next.
I went walking is an enjoyable book for children. The text is short and repetitive. It has a gentle pace and calming tone, making it easier for children to listen to, to understand and to join in. It also provides children the opportunity to predict what animal comes next.
The illustrations are bold and clear, allowing children to make connections to their own experiences.
