Moving with Grief supports community members who are experiencing loss and grief with free monthly yoga, gentle movement, meditation, sound healing and guided relaxation sessions. We create a safe and supportive space together, where we can connect to ourselves and share withJoin us for the next gathering in the Moving with Grief series with Michelle Jordan, who will guide a gentle, grounding yoga practice to support participants in moving with grief, with an emphasis on slowing down, softening and feeling safely supported in the body.
Michelle is an experienced holistic yoga teacher with a background in counselling. Through her business, Expanding Wings Holistic Yoga, she offers gentle, whole-person support through yoga, with a focus on self-connection and emotional wellbeing. Her classes create a calm, nurturing space to slow down, reconnect and be supported through life's challenges
A shared afternoon tea following will give participants the opportunity to connect to others in a relaxed and beautiful environment.
