Experience an Indian buffet lunch this winter, featuring creative fusion cuisine thoughtfully paired with Nazaaray’s premium wines by our resident chef. Relish the harmonious food and wine pairings while taking in stunning vistas and enjoying the inviting, cosy ambience at Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula.
The Buffet Menu includes:
- A glass of Nazaaray’ s new release 2025 Chardonnay and papadums with pickles/chutneys available on arrival.

- Guests are invited to enjoy a selection of dishes as below, complemented by their preferred wine.
- Self-serve buffet includes Lamb Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka, Chholey Bhaturey, Aloo Dum, Black Daal, Raita, Sourdough Naan, Basmati Rice, Tamarind chutney, Yoghurt, Mint, and Coriander dips, Winter cabbage, fennel and spring onion slaw with roasted cumin and lemon, Broccolini with mustard seed, garlic and lemon. Enjoy all you can eat!
- Please note: $100pp covers all food and one glass of 2025 Chardonnay as described above. Sweets served as optional extras. Additional wines are available for purchase at Cellar Door prices.
