AM Performance Sessions
About
Start your day with a focused 30 minute training session designed to build strength, improve technique and increase flexibility. These sessions are structured to help dancers feel prepared, switched on and ready for the day ahead.Sessions run online from 7:35–8:05am, making them an easy way to fit in extra training before school.
Designed for dancers aged 8–12 years, however 7 years and older are welcome to join in and try a session.
Pricing:
$20 per week or $165 for the term
