Social Sisters: Candles, Cupcakes and Calm Workshop (SOLD OUT)

About
Participants will start the day in a creative way with a candle-making session. It's a fun, hands-on activity where they'll learn how to create their own candle and choose a scent they love to take home. The creative experiences continue with cupcake decorating, as participants have the opportunity to add their own personal touches to their edible creations, which they can enjoy after lunch together or take them home to share. To wrap up the day, we'll slow things down with gentle yoga and deep relaxation, which includes easy stretches and a guided meditation to help participants unwind, recharge and feel calm.
