Dance Heroes is an inclusive, movement-to-music program designed for people living with disabilities.
Created by Louise—who has a background in Sports Science, Education, community development, and over 20 years as a dance school owner—this program comes from both professional expertise and lived experience. As a proud mum of a son with autism, Louise understands the importance of creating a space where everyone feels welcome.
During the session, we will be following a themed dance routine, using props to make movement more exciting. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace in a supportive and inclusive environment.
No dance experience needed — just bring yourself and your vibe!
