Join us for a special festive celebration and enjoy the fusion of Christmas carols and the Noongar language.
After weeks of learning, the City of Perth Library’s Noongar Singing Class is ready for a unique performance of Christmas carols—sung in one of the world’s oldest living languages. They’ll be joining their mentor on stage, acclaimed performer Gina Williams-Ghouse, whose passion for Noongar culture and music promises to make this a moving and memorable experience for families, friends, and the wider community.
About the Artist
Gina Williams-Ghouse writes and sings contemporary songs in the Noongar language. She has captured the hearts and imaginations of audiences world-wide, connecting deeply through the power of Noongar language and song.
