2026 CapRescue Degustation - Thursday 3rd September - presented by QMAG
Since first taking its place on the Central Queensland events calendar in 2015, the CapRescue Degustation has become one of the region’s most anticipated dining experiences. What began as an intimate event for 120 guests has continued to grow year after year, regularly selling out while bringing the community together in support of the Service.
In 2026, the CapRescue Degustation returns with acclaimed chef Matt Golinski once again curating a memorable six-course dining experience showcasing the best of local produce, flavours and talent. Paired with premium beverages, quality entertainment and an atmosphere designed to be enjoyed with friends, colleagues and fellow supporters, the evening promises another exceptional celebration of food, community and local rescue.
