This webinar explores the various components of an annual report. Specifically, the webinar covers the financial reporting and audit obligations of proprietary companies, the difference between large and small proprietary companies, lodgement deadlines with ASIC, the directors' declaration and directors' report, the difference between internal and external audit, and the typical questions directors should ask their CFO or accountant before signing off the accounts.This webinar will be of interest to medical administrators and also anyone who runs their own medical practice.
