After selling out two years running, we’re thrilled to once again partner with Melbourne’s iconic Patient Wolf Distilling Co. for an exclusive Gin Dinner event on June 19th.

Inspired by the London Gin boom and located in Southbank, Patient Wolf Distilling Co. has built a reputation for producing world-class gin with precision, passion, and a distinct 'Melbourne' edge. For one special night, they’re bringing their expertise to Black Sheep Geelong for an immersive dining experience fit for gin lovers and foodies alike.

Guests will enjoy a decadent 3 course Black Sheep feast, thoughtfully curated to complement the complex botanicals and flavour profiles of 3 premium Patient Wolf Gins. Each course will be perfectly paired with a handcrafted Patient Wolf gin cocktail, specially curated by the distillers to elevate every dish and create an unforgettable flavour experience.

Throughout the evening, you’ll also have the chance to enjoy guided in house gin tastings, hear directly from the Patient Wolf team, and gain exclusive insight into the distilling process, flavour development, and what makes their gin stand out in Australia’s thriving craft spirits scene.
