Join us either for one or all sessions across the 4 weeks with Michelle Gregory from Elevate Capacity™, exploring wellbeing, mindset, nutrition and psychosocial health. Grant funded by Country SA Primary Health Network.
Nourish to Flourish is hosted by Michelle Gregory who over the past 20 years has become a well respected chef, lead teams, opened successful cafés and later studied to become a Health & Nutrition Expert after seeing firsthand how stress, burnout and overwhelm were impacting so many people’s ability to thrive. Her passion for food, wellbeing and human capability started early and now, her days are spent helping young people and families build healthy, sustainable lives from the inside out.
The program designed to help families create healthier, more sustainable habits without overwhelm, pressure or perfection. That the kids will actually love!
This series focuses on real-world lived-experience wellbeing strategies created by busy parents FOR busy parents, carers and community members with a special focus on supporting movement, mindset, appeasing fussy eaters by increasing vegetable intake in realistic ways and understanding the everyday health benefits of herbs, spices and simple wholefoods!
Participants will explore:
• Easy ways to increase vegetable intake for children and families
• Strategies for navigating fussy eating without stress or conflict
• Budget-friendly meal ideas and healthy swaps
• The health benefits of common herbs and spices
• Nutrition and its impact on energy, mood and concentration
• Building healthier family routines in achievable ways
• Easy-to-implement exercise and mindset practices
• Simple hands-on food preparation each week and practical take-home ideas
Each session includes different hands-on activities, health-based learning and one practical takeaway or creation to help participants build confidence and implement changes immediately at home.
