A five course degustation from Brent Draper with matching wines from Brett Hayes of Hayes Family Wines Barossa.A selection of fish, seafood and meats will be served shared plate style with accompaniments and matched wines.
Drape's handmade Fire Grill will provide extra flavour and texture to each course.
A curated selection of Brett Hayes extensive range of wines will provide the chance to decide your own preferred food/wine matches.
