A Whimsical Show for Preschool-Aged Children
Sweetie the Swamp Wallaby is getting ready for a big surprise—her joey is about to emerge from her pouch. Luckily, she has her friends Edna the Echidna and Maggie the Magpie to help her prepare.
Come join the animals of the forest to get ready for The Party!
The Party is a whimsical introduction to the world of theatre. This show has gentle and playful interactions with multiple sensory elements, props and puppets.
Running Time is 40 minutes exclusive of a post-show Meet & Greet.
Best for people aged 18months to 6 years.
Stark Raven Mad - 10am Thursday 9 July
Stark Raven Mad is dark and funny, but also delightful and a bit absurd. It takes the audience through a poetical journey bringing to life gothic poems using puppets, costumes, movement, and music. Poetry from Edgar Allan Poe, Heinrich Hoffmann, Hilaire Beloc, Lewis Carroll, Emily Dickinson, and more!
Ages 6+ (but adolescents & adults will love it, too!)
Running Time 60 minutes inclusive of post-show Q & A
The Workshops
Puppetry Workshop - 1pm Wednesday 8 July
Join us for this fun and exciting puppetry workshop! You will learn the basics of bringing a puppet to life followed by designing and creating your very own unique puppet.
Recommended ages 5 - 8 years old

Don’t forget to bring a snack and a water bottle!
Poetry Performance Workshop - 1pm Thursday 9 July
It’s your turn to bring a poem from the page to the stage!
In this dynamic, hands-on workshop, you’ll explore how words come alive through voice, movement, and performance.
Recommended ages 9 + ages
2 hours
Wear comfortable clothing for movement. Bring a snack and water bottle for a short break.

$5.00 per child per workshop
Children 5 years and younger are FREE, registration is still required to hold a place.
