Gentle chair yoga is great easy way to build up your core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. All ages and abilities are most welcome.
Slow-paced, relaxing sessions with props accommodate various needs. Improve flexibility and well-being through Yoga exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Full cost for 10 week term $150 or HCC $120; Cost per session $15.00 or HCC $12.00
