Celebrate Bastille Day Weekend with an unforgettable Wine & Cheese Masterclass at Hanging Rock Winery.

Join Matt Steele, Associate of the World Academy of Cheese from Cornelius Cheesemongers and The Brunswick Cheese Room, together with Hanging Rock Winery's General Manager, Ruth Ellis, for an entertaining and educational guided tasting celebrating the timeless partnership of fine wine and exceptional cheese.

Matt will introduce four outstanding artisan cheeses, sharing the stories behind their origins, production and unique flavour profiles. Alongside him, Ruth Ellis—a fifth-generation Australian wine industry professional, national wine judge for more than a decade, and lifelong member of the Hanging Rock Winery family—will guide you through four carefully selected Hanging Rock wines, explaining the art and science behind each pairing.
