About

The Australian Harnischfechten Symposium is back again. Even more shiney!

The Canberra based School of Arms and Armour presents the 2026 Harnischfechten Symposium.
The event will include workshops and discussions on a range of Harnischfechten topics for both
people just getting into armour and long-term practitioners.

As a part of the event there will also be a Passage of Arms (Saturday) and opportunities for friendly free-play.

For those without full harness, we will endeavour to have some spare gear for people to play in. You will need to bring your own arming doublet and personal protection.

Timetable and class list will be avalable on ourwebsite soon.
