Gather round the table with like-minded home cooks, each bringing a recipe to share from Garlic, Olive Oil + Everything Mediterranean by Daen’s Kitchen. We’ll enjoy a long lunch, warm chats with new pals and Daen herself will be there for a special in-conversation! Think of this event as a book swap.. but make it edible!FAQ:
How does a cookbook swap work?
All guests are asked to bring along a dish made from Garlic, Olive Oil + Everything Else by Daen's Kitchen to share with the group over lunch. Think potluck style - only make how much the recipe suggests, and have it ready to serve on arrival to the event as access to the kitchen for reheating will be limited.
How do we make sure there aren't recipe double ups?
After booking your seat, you’ll receive a simple recipe sign-up doc so we can make sure the table has a lovely mix of dishes!
What do I need to bring?
1. Your dish - Preferably in a serving container or plate (And we ask that you take care to transport safely, heated/cooled as needed!)
2. Allergin labels
3. Serving utensils
We'll take care of the rest!
What if I have allergies?
As this is a shared potluck-style lunch with dishes prepared by guests, we can't guarantee allergen-free food or avoid cross-contamination. Please use your own discretion and take any necessary precautions if you have allergies, and they will all be labelled accordingly.
What does the ticket price cover?
Your ticket covers a drink on arrival, venue hire and your seat at the shared cookbook club experience!
