The City of Perth has released for comment a new planning framework for the capital city. This represents a comprehensive overhaul of the City of Perth’s existing planning framework and will shape the future development of the city.This new framework includes the draft Local Planning Scheme No. 3 (LPS3), a suite of supporting new local planning policies and the proposed designation of seven heritage areas.
To find out more about the City’s new planning framework, register to attend an information session at the City of Perth Library Auditorium.
The public can drop in and out of the session as there is no formal presentation or set agenda.
