With Megan Bolton & Ellen EmeryThe Side Aerial workshop will focus on drills and exercises to help achieve an aerial as well as perfecting the aerial and all kinds of variations!!
Pre-requisites for the workshop - Strong cartwheel and step hop cartwheel. If you are unsure please email and one of our staff will be able to help.
Please note the Aerial is an Intermediate acrobatic trick - We can not guarantee students will achieve the skill on the day (hopefully some do!) However students will learn a good foundation of what drills will help achieve their Aerial with on going practice.
All acrobats and gymnasts with previous experience are welcome! You don't need to be a regular student at IEM.
