When Life Starts Catching Up With the Body
About
Join me at the beautiful Canning River Eco Education Centre in Wilson for a practical and down-to-earth workshop exploring what happens when life starts catching up with the body.Life can get busy. We juggle work, family, responsibilities, deadlines, expectations and everything else that comes our way. Sometimes we keep pushing through without stopping to notice the impact it's having on us.
In this workshop, we'll explore why we react the way we do under pressure, what stress can look like in everyday life, and how it can affect our thoughts, emotions, behaviours and physical wellbeing.
Together we'll explore:
• The body's common stress responses
• Why certain patterns can be difficult to change
• How stress can build up over time
• Simple ways to feel more present and grounded
• Practical tools you can take into everyday life
You'll also receive a companion workbook and practical resources to take home with you.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or simply curious to better understand yourself, this workshop will leave you with greater awareness, practical tools and a better understanding of why you feel the way you do.
I would love to see you there.
