Jennifer Rudd is a cosmetic regulatory consultant, Director of Clear Beauty Group and Founder of Skincare Business Foundations. With degrees in Business and Psychology, over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry and a background in corporate compliance, risk and audit, she brings pragmatic, risk-based expertise to navigating Australia's regulatory landscape.
Jennifer works with brands and retailers from early-stage founders to established brands stocked at MECCA, Sephora and Priceline, providing guidance on claims, labelling, ingredient compliance and Australian market entry for both local and international brands. She specialises in the cosmetic–therapeutic boundary, claims substantiation and regulatory grey areas — and her Clear Beauty approach, grounded in transparency and trust, helps brands build credibility, not just tick boxes.
Jennifer is an active member of the Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists and has spoken at industry events including the ASCC Annual Conference, NZSCC Annual Conference and Beauty Expo Australia.
