Technique of Stress Reduction is a six-week, in-person course created for people who tend to hold a lot - business owners, high achievers, and those managing full, fast-paced lives.We’ll meet every Wednesday at 7:00 PM, starting on 8th July, for a guided exploration of stress-reduction techniques that are both simple and highly effective.
Rooted in the latest research from the US and the UK, this course combines somatic practices (including the Alexander Technique), mindfulness, and practical self-regulation tools. Each session will focus on accessible ways to calm the nervous system - through breath, gentle movement, release of muscular tension, and quiet presence.
Whether you’re dealing with constant low-level stress or on the edge of burnout, these sessions are designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and resilient in the day-to-day.
This course is about learning how to respond to stress - not just react to it - with skill, awareness, and a growing sense of ease.
