This free session is for parents and carers with babies around 4 months of age, who would like information on introducing solid foods, as well as ways to deal with mealtime issues.


What will I learn?

The Solid Start program covers topics such as:

• Why and when to introduce solids
• How to introduce solids and what to introduce first
• Foods and drinks to avoid
• Food safety
• Common food allergies
