Join Amy & Yurpia for a Sound Healing Journey at the Coramba Hall.A sound journey harnesses the vibrational frequencies of instruments based on ancient traditions for healing and awakening, such as the shamanic drum, crystal bowls, vocal toning, and more.
Sound vibrations move through our skin, into our bones and cells, and into the waters of our body, which start to resonate with these healing frequencies. This entrainment calms the mind and shifts our brain waves into a more alpha (meditation and visualization) and delta (deep healing rest) state.
Our intention is to transmit frequencies for pearce. Peace within & merging inot this vibrational frrequency we natural start to emit this vubration of peace out to all teh animals, the trees, the world & beyond.
Please bring a comfy chair or yoga mat. Cushions & warm blanket so you can sink deeply into the experience.
