Transition Bronze Medallion Course InformationTransition SRC to Bronze Medallion: This course is for current Coogee Surf Life Saving Club's SRC patrolling members. It is a condensed course that builds on the skills acquired during the SRC course.
Eligibility Requirements
Are current Coogee Surf Life Saving Club members,
Are currently proficient in SRC,
Have completed a minimum of 10 patrol hours as SRC within the last 12 months,
Have completed their SRC less than 3 years prior to commencing their BM,
Are 15 years old on the date of their BM final assessment.
Course fees
THUNDER BRONZE I
• Book by 1 September 2026: $299.00
• Book from 2 September 2026: $350.00
THUNDER BRONZE II
• Book by 17 November 2026: $299.00
• Book from 18 November 2026: $350.00
THUNDER BRONZE III
• Book by 10 January 2027: $299.00
• Book from 11 January 2027: $350.00
Course fees include the First Aid course. If you already hold a valid First Aid certificate with at least 12 months remaining before expiry, please send it to admin@coogeeslsc.com.au to receive a $99 refund.

Refunds
• Participants who do not meet the 400 m swim prerequisite will receive a refund of course fees, less a $50 administration fee.
• Participants who withdraw due to a documented injury will receive a refund of course fees, less a $50 administration fee.
• Participants who do not complete the course due to low attendance are not eligible for a refund.
